If you’re a parent of a child or children that have cystic fibrosis, one of the best ways to get them involved in an exercise routine is to be in one yourself. Be that role model. Show them how to work hard and be active. Start small, don’t over do it in the beginning. Then increase intensity. Keep them active while they’re young and healthy. Start setting the building blocks for the future, now. A healthy today can help lead to a healthier tomorrow.
